There is a fee of 5.75% of the purchase amount on transactions made by foreign cards.

Delivery - Worldwide
BIM BAM BANANA ship to more than 214 countries in the world, and all our products are shipped via courier FedEx Express. (an express time definite, door-to-door customs-cleared express delivery service worldwide).

All orders received before 4:30pm (local time) will be packed and shipped the same day.

EUROPE = Delivery time 2 business days
USA = Delivery time 3 business days
CANADA = Delivery time 3 business days
ASIA = Delivery time 3 business days
AFRICA = Delivery time 4 business days
SOUTHAMERICA = Delivery time 3 business days
OCEANIA = Delivery time 3-4 business days

Punctual delivery depends on FedEx Express keeping their delivery promise. If there are delays within FedEx Express, this will delay the delivery accordingly, with regard to the requested delivery date. BIM BAM BANANA has no liability with regard to delays within FedEx Express.

In the case of very delayed (several days) or missing deliveries BIM BAM BANANA will of course arrange for a new delivery free of charge.

You will receive a tracking number when you order (on e-mail), and with this number you can check the status on your order.

Value Added Tax (V.A.T)
All deliveries to USA, Canada, Asia, Africa, South America, Oceania, and some countries in Europe are not incl. VAT.
All deliveries to countries within EU (The European Union) are included 25% VAT.

Right to return
There is 14 days rights to return on goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you regret a purchase, you simply return the goods in the same state and quantity as you received them. When goods have been returned and have been accepted, the purchase price (excl. postage and packaging) will be refunded to your bank account within a few days. You incur costs in connection with returning. For practical details please see "Complaints and returning of goods".
We do not accept returns if the package or product has been broken or used.

Unclaimed package fee
If the goods are returned to bimbambanana.com unclaimed, with wrong recipient address, if FedEx attempted to deliver the package but no one was available to receive the package, or the recipient has not contacted Fedex within 5 days after the attempted delivery, we charge USD 60.00 in return freight.

Complaints
BIM BAM BANANA provides 2 years complaints right in accordance with the consumer law, covering manufacturing faults and material flaws which are found by using the goods normally. The complaints right does not cover faults, damage or wear caused directly or indirectly by incorrect usage, poor maintenance, improper usage or unauthorized interference. Complaints of faults and defects that ought to be discovered by normal examination of the goods must be reported to BIM BAM BANANA within a reasonable time limit. The goods may, hereafter, be returned for repair, exchange, or by prior agreement, possible crediting. In connection with complaints, BIM BAM BANANA cover return costs within reason.

Goods are also returned to this address - please note that we do not accept parcels by COD. Returning may also be effected by refusing to receive the parcel or by personally handing it back to us. It is not a requirement, but your case will be dealt with quicker if the relevant information is attached to the parcel - for instance copy of order, registration number and bank account number for reimbursement, copy of any previous correspondence, etc.

Reimbursement
In the case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid orders that are cancelled before sending, a full or partial reimbursement of the purchase price will be arranged. Reimbursement is always by bank transfer and therefore BIM BAM BANANA will need bank details, i.e. registration number and bank account number. This information is not sensitive and can be informed via e-mail or other traditional methods of correspondence.

Liability and language with regard to website and service
BIM BAM BANANA has no liability with regard to any faults on the website and cannot guarantee that the website is constantly up and running.

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to e.g. typographical error, BIM BAM BANANA shall have the right to refuse to meet or to cancel any orders placed for that product or service whether or not the order has been confirmed.
